Michele Chevrefils (B.A., M.Ed.) joined Red Ladder Optimized Learning as a Clinical Associate in 2023. She has permanent certification as a School Psychologist by Manitoba Education and has extensive experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students. She practiced in northern Manitoba school Divisions for six years before joining the the St. James-Assiniboia School Division for 24 years until her retirement in 2024. Here at Red Ladder Optimized Learning, her work is supervised by Dr. Neal Anderson, C.Psych and Dr. Chris Tysiaczny, C.Psych. Michele is interested in providing assessment and intervention to help address learning disabilities, intellectual disability, ADHD and other executive functioning difficulties, as well as the emotional and behavioral issues that often accompany learning conditions.
